The 2013-2014 Course Description Book is posted on-line. You can go to the McMurray website( http://www.vashonsd.org/mcmurray ) to review electives for next year. Current 7th graders will register online in their computer classes on May 24. Current 6th graders will register online in their humanities classes, also on May 24. After your student registers, you will have until May 31 to review his/her choices and update if necessary. Watch for an email with specific instructions.
Our 8th grade graduation party at Wild Waves is Friday, June 14. Eligible 8th grade students will leave school at 8:15 am by school bus and return about 5 pm. When they return, they will attend a pot luck dinner and DJ dance until 8 pm. Cost of this activity is $25.00. Scholarships are available. A permission form with more information will be sent by email soon.
8th graders will celebrate their completion of middle school studies at an evening graduation ceremony on Monday, June 17th. More information will follow.
