Coaching Feedback

It is time to complete the fall coaching surveys. Surveys need to be returned to Dr. Spencer by Friday, December 4, 2009. We are looking for constructive feedback for our coaches. Results and comments will be shared with the appropriate coaching staff. Thank you for taking the time to provide your thoughts/comments.

Cheerleading, Wrestling & Basketball Registration

Winter Cheerleading Registration will take place October 28,29,30, 2009.  Forms and ASB Fee must be turned in to the VHS office between 7:00 AM-3:00 PM.

To Register for cheerleading try outs the athlete must turn in:
Parent Permission Form (one per year)
Co-Curricular Form (one per year)
Concussion Form (one per year)
Cheerleading Safety Form (one per year)
Physical Form (the physical must be good through March 13, 2010) Incoming Freshman with a Middle School Physical will need to turn in an Up Date Form signed by their physician.
ASB Fee $40.00
Cheerleading sports fee will not be due until after the squads have been formed. Fee is $100.00 (Payment after November 16, 2009 will increase to $120.00)

Wrestling and Basketball Registration will take place November 11,12,13 2009.  Forms and Fees must be turned in to the VHS office between 7:00 AM-3:00 PM.

Girls’ Soccer game at Pt Townsend

The Girl’s Soccer Game at Pt Townsend will be played at Blue Heron Middle School (3939 San Juan Ave, Pt Townsend 98368).  They will not be charging admission, instead they have suggested spectators bring a non-perishable food item to donateto to the food bank.  Pt Townsend also suggests that spectators bring folding chairs as seating is very limited.  JV game starts at noon, varsity game starts at 2:00 PM.
